Our company specializes in leading and overseeing urban and environmental renewal processes. We promote these processes, accompany them and offer comprehensive consulting services to their initiating bodies

    Ben Gurion house in Tel-Aviv is the house of Paula and David Ben-Gurion, the primary founder and the first prime minister of Israel

    Three years after Ben-Gurion died, the Ben-Gurion law 1976 was enacted, which stipulates that the house will be open to the public, and will serve as a museum in memory of Ben-Gurion and as a commemoration of his legacy

    Since 2015, The ‘Ran Wolf’ Company manages the program and planning of a new research and education center, a new building adjacent to the historical Ben-Gurion House

  • Jaffa Port Open or Close

    In 2007 the Tel Aviv Municipality made the decision to renovate the Jaffa Port, one of the world’s oldest working ports, which has suffered neglect and decay over the years
    The project is executed by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Economic Development Authority via a ‘ground administration’ which was run by Ran Wolf until 2012
    The administration led an overall restoration process, which included the rebuilding of infrastructures, public areas and port warehouses, as well as a reassignment of the various uses. The project progressed in view of the unique heterogeneous character of the historic port, aiming to improve without interfering in the existing balance

    The Tel Aviv Port, which was the first Hebrew port, closed down in 1965 and has since suffered neglect. A renovation and development project began in 2001, with the aim of transforming the historic port into a cultural and leisure venue
    As deputy CEO and Head of Development for the project, Ran Wolf was in charge of the renovation model, which included investments in infrastructure, content and the development of public areas
    The port was reconnected to the city to become a prime destination for mixed publics

    The Hansen compound in Jerusalem, a listed monument, was originally built in 1887 as lepers’ home

    These days the Jerusalem Municipality is initiating an overall renovation program for the site, operated via the Jerusalem Development Authority and managed by the ‘Ran Wolf’ Company

    The program is set to transform the former hospital into a home for design, technology and media, which will introduce exhibitions, research and academic activities into its historic buildings and unique garden

    The Turkish market in downtown Haifa, built in the 1920’s, is a listed area now undergoing a renovation process.
     The ‘Ran Wolf’ Company works in conjunction with the Haifa Municipality and the Israel Government Tourist Corporation in leading this project,
    intending to transform the old market into a pedestrian zone lined with renovated historic buildings which will house commercial, community and touristic activities

    The ‘Mikveh Israel’ School of Agriculture, established in 1870 by Charles Netter, general secretary of the ‘Alliance Israélite Universelle’ organization, has been active since its foundation as a autarchic youth village
    Over the years the village was closed to the general public and suffered deterioration, both physically and from the educational aspect
    The ‘Ran Wolf’ Company has been selected to lead the renovation program of this historic site, with the aim of reopening Mikveh Israel to the public and presenting its heritage, while still maintaining its inherent values: pedagogy, agriculture and the love of the land

    The Bat Yam Municipality is working to transform the city’s old industrial zone into a new business district, which is set to include a mixture of business and commercial uses, along with high-end residencies and public areas

    The ‘Ran Wolf’ Company was put in charge of operating the ‘Business Ministry’ on behalf of the municipality, overseeing the project’s economic and commercial development
    The ministry handles such tasks as the promotion of a new strategic plan and community relations, and also assisting in laying-out a new master plan, which will introduce a new mixture of commerce, offices, residencies and cultural institutions into the area
