Community accompaniment and public information in an urban water infrastructure project within which upgrading and replacement of existing water infrastructure was carried out. The project included several sub-projects each including several streets. The work included distribution of flyers, explanatory meetings, participation in meetings and field tours, responding to inquiries, crisis resolution and full availability both to project stakeholders and to the community
