Community relations and public participation accompanying a project for renovation and preservation of a municipal garden located in the city center alongside narrow streets, an elementary school, residential buildings, a nursing home and other factors. Within the framework of the accompaniment, field tours were conducted and barriers were identified. Frontal explanatory activities were carried out and physical and digital flyers were formulated. Ongoing response to public inquiries and maintaining follow-up were provided. Face-to-face meetings were held with nursing home representatives to remove barriers and address deficiencies, tenant assemblies with the building adjacent to and affected by the plan to find an interim solution. Throughout the project's lifetime, the community relations team was available to the municipality and residents and provided a sense of listening on the part of the municipality
