The process included establishing an online arena where all of the professional information collected was made accessible and served as a platform for transparent public discussion and gathering public opinions.
Construction of the new school in Ganei Tikva encountered significant opposition from residents. To understand the public sentiment and increase neighborhood cohesion, the company led a public participation process on behalf of the local council. The process included in-depth research and mapping of the project’s environment, the demographics of the residents, and the various considerations for establishing the school. The process included an online arena that served as a platform for transparent public discourse and where all of the information was made accessible to all parties. The company team’s analysis of the findings led to the formulation of new principles for decision-making. The decision was based on weighing the professional-municipal and public-community principles that together created an outline for assimilating and increasing trust in both the council and the process.
