The company led an initial process aimed at uniting the ranks and building trust between the various parties operating in the area—the local authority, residents, business community and tourists.
Mitzpe Ramon, in the heart of the Negev Mountains, has untapped potential for cultural and economic growth. The Spice Route Quarter at the entrance to Mitzpe Ramon was established with the aim of becoming a significant tourist hub and attraction in the developing southern region.
The process initiated by the Government Tourism Corporation included building a work model to accompany and promote development, with an emphasis on pooling resources and synchronization between the community of entrepreneurs and other entities.
The company led an initial process aimed at uniting the ranks and building trust between the various parties operating in the area—the local authority, residents, business community and tourism agents. In addition, the company coordinated planning to upgrade the unique sculpture park and conducted a community engagement process that determined the nature of the work and led to a significant change in the initial plans.
