The development proposed in the master plan and carried out by the Hofit company is based on a combination of an urban city to beach experience, alongside an experience of nature and the environment.
The strategic plan frames experiential-economic tourism relying on the Mediterranean port city’s rich and varied natural, cultural, and community assets to attract new audiences to Ashdod. The plan enhances visitors’ stay in the city and surroundings through enriched content and improved visitor experience. The development proposed in the master plan, carried out by the Hofit Company, takes full advantage of the city’s natural setting, allowing for a combination of urban-beach experience, and outdoor adventure. Visitors entering the city’s tourist area will be able to wander clearly marked and branded tourist routes and enjoy the various sites and points of interest and enticing repeat visits.
