The company advises the group in identifying urban trends and profitable investment channels derived from the rapid transformations the city is experiencing.
The city of Thessaloniki in Greece, also known as the “capital of the Balkans,” has about a million residents and hosts over 1.3 million tourists a year. Like other cities in Greece that are recovering from the economic crisis of 2008, Thessaloniki is experiencing a development boom in all areas, primarily real estate and transportation, alongside tourism.
The company is working with a group of Israeli entrepreneurs who are investing in the city through various channels, including innovation, urban renewal, and residential and tourism real estate. The company advises the group by identifying urban trends and viable investment channels resulting from the rapid changes the city is undergoing, approval of new master plans, and massive investment in advanced public transportation infrastructure, and growth in the tourism industry.
