Tel Aviv Central Station is perhaps one of the most complex projects in the Israeli space. The company leads the public participation team - municipality, owners, and residents as part of formulating current policy for the Central Station. The company is responsible for creating broad working circles with various actors in the space: municipal actors, social actors, economic actors, national actors, users, and residents in order to formulate a multi-phase action plan for rehabilitating the space in the intermediate and final terms. The company is tasked with creating an accessible and available entity for the community, businesses, and all stakeholders that constitutes a field presence with deep familiarity of the space and users. This is an intermediary and coordinating entity between the municipality's various field operations that serves as an engine for image advancement and creates content and marketing for the station
