The work included formulating a strategic and operational plan for the renewal of the complex in aspects of landscape development, upgrading the business mix, introducing new content, collaborations with existing cultural institutions, as well as image aspects and the branding process.
The company managed the project for the development and refurbishment of the Burse Diamond Exchange complex for the Ramat Gan Municipality, while building an operational model for management of the exchange. The work included strategic consulting and formulating an operational plan for the complex’s renewal that involved landscape development, upgrade of the business mix, introduction of new content, collaborations with existing cultural institutions, as well as image and branding derived from the strategic consulting. The company managed the “Exchange directorate,” which deals with strategic operational consulting, marketing, community relations, physical development, and physical planning, and led the new urban plan for a residential addition and increasing mix use in the complex. The work also included building a work model for upgrading existing businesses, including renovations to the building’s facade, signage, and interactive content in public spaces. In accordance with the strategic consulting, the company worked to formulate and implement an annual cultural and recreational activity plan and increase cooperation with property owners and institutions, as well as with Israel Railways, to develop the train station complex at the entrance to the Burse Diamond Exchange.
