Since 2015, the company has led strategic management for the development and improvement of programs. Among other things, the company led an international architectural competition for public sphere planning, driving the process of changing the urban plan and ongoing planning of the temporary public sphere.
The Jerusalem City Entrance Project, the municipality's flagship project, is being carried out in partnership with the Ministries of Finance, Transportation, and the Israel Land Authority. This complex and multi-layered long-term project is under construction in the midst of an existing and functioning urban fabric.
Development of the area comes with significant changes to the mass transit system, chief among them the introduction of the high-speed train to Jerusalem, an additional light rail line, and massive construction in all the complexes.
Since 2015, the company has led strategic management to develop and improve the plans and the operating and management models. Among other things, the company oversaw an international architectural competition for planning of the public areas and the process of revising the urban plan and the temporary public sphere.
In addition, the company manages the public engagement and community relations, including formulating and overseeing a communications strategy to accompany the dramatic transformations in traffic arrangements in the area.
