Since October 7th, the company has been operating in dozens of different projects for the rehabilitation of the Gaza envelope and the North.

Currently, the company is leading for the Ministry of Heritage in collaboration with Tkuma and the Government Tourism Company the strategic planning process for formulating a heritage and commemoration program in the communities and focal points themselves, alongside synchronizing planning processes throughout the entire region, until creating a comprehensive integrative plan for the heritage space.

This phase focuses on translating the mapping and documentation that were previously formulated into concrete vision and planning processes: formulating a conceptual framework for the heritage space, characterizing community and regional needs, managing planning teams to formulate individual work plans together with heritage and commemoration committees in the communities and councils in the Tkuma region, and providing individual guidance for the communities of Kfar Aza, Nirim and Be'eri, while creating a professional guidance framework that will help the communities establish physical, educational and narrative infrastructure for their heritage.
