Urban Sphere
Jerusalem Preservation Policy
Scope of Work
  • Strategy
  • Management
  • Statutory
  • Preservation
The Jerusalem Municipality, through the company, promotes a policy and interface plan for the preservation and development of Jerusalem.
More than any other city in Israel, and perhaps even in the world, Jerusalem is rich in architectural assets built in different periods. Yet, the city has not presented a systematic plan for a comprehensive urban preservation policy. The Jerusalem Municipality is currently promoting, through the company, a policy and interface plan for preservation and development in Jerusalem. The complex plan includes study and analysis of all parts of the city and offers a strategy plan covering architectural, economic, and branding aspects. The plan also offers operational tools for managing and implementing the city's preservation policy that will impart both meaning and awareness about it in the Jerusalem area.
