The project's objective was to launch and make new policy documents accessible to all various stakeholders and to harness the public for advancing plans to renew urban space according to the new policy principles. As part of the process, the company formulated a strategy that included actions spanning different timeframes - from information and community mobilization activities in the immediate term, actions for managing and coordinating the process with all stakeholders from residents and surrounding community through developers to the municipality approving detailed plans and accompanying implementation phases in the longer term, and community activities and urban design at the implementation stage years ahead. In addition to writing the plan, the office team wrote and designed explanatory materials accessible to the general public and produced several resident meetings in the presence of the city architect and planning department representatives. During the meetings, materials were presented, participatory stations were set up, and invitations were given for individual responses to questions
