The goal of the master plan was to create a strategy for managing the city's cultural sector, alongside a proposal for practical tools for managing, producing, marketing, and anchoring all cultural events and projects, under an umbrella that appeals to all target audiences.
The company was selected by Mifal HaPais to consult on and oversee a project to formulate a multi-year plan for culture in Arad and Netivot. The goal of the master plan was to create a strategy for managing the city's cultural sector, along with offering practical tools for managing, producing, marketing, and anchoring all the cultural events and projects under one umbrella that will appeal to all target audiences.
The plan included an action plan for developing recreation, leisure, and culture for the residents of Arad, as well as creating a conscious connection between the artists' quarter and the city.
The company offered tools for making leisure, entertainment, and cultural organizations sustainable and leveraging tourism in the city for the benefit of residents.
