The company was selected by Mifal HaPais to consult on and oversee a project to formulate a multi-year plan devoted to culture in Arad and Netivot. The plan for Netivot involved spatial analysis, field interviews, and collaboration with residents, creators, policymakers, and directors of cultural institutions. The plan recommended investment in physical infrastructure and a plan for the promotion of cultural projects in the future. The proposed projects included upgrading the public spaces and strengthening the geographic axis along which the city's cultural institutions are spread. The plan also suggested the development of cultural content and presented a project for maximizing underutilized spaces.
