Formulation and implementation of a public participation strategy for an urban renewal complex of a main business center for Beit Shemesh Municipality. The complex is divided into 5 independent implementation districts where mixed-use areas are planned at relatively high intensity compared to the current situation. The complex is located at the northern edge of the city near the train station.

The complex currently contains approximately 100 property owners and small businesses, with whom the company established personal contact for mapping and understanding property owners' positions regarding the project's implementation.
