The project led by the company included drafting a new and detailed use program, based on the unique story of the building.
Beit Borochov, designed by renowned architect Shmuel Bikels in Kibbutz Mishmar HaNegev, is one of the most prominent historical buildings in the south of the country. Designed as a cultural center meant to serve the kibbutz and surrounding area, since the 1960s, the building has undergone several programmatic changes.
The project led by the company included drafting a new and detailed usage program based on the building’s unique story. The company also prepared an initial plan for content display, an economic and operational model, and branding. The plan took into account the scenic and operational aspects of the surrounding space, and included recruitment of a planning and execution team, and assistance in a capital campaign.
