The company was chosen to lead the renovation plan for the historic complex in order to once more make the heritage of Mikveh Israel a public domain while preserving the values of the place: education, agriculture, and love of the land of Israel.
Since its founding by Charles Netter in 1870, the Mikveh Israel agricultural school has operated as a youth village. Over the years, the complex closed to the public and its influence declined. The company was chosen to lead the renovation plan for the historic complex and restore to the public the heritage of Mikveh Israel and its values of education, agriculture, and love of the Land of Israel. One of the pillars of the plan was the reopening of the complex to the public and filling it with content relevant to everyday Israeli life. The work included a vision for the youth village, a master plan presented to the district committee for approval, and handling of the economic aspects of the master plan. In the years since the beginning of work at Mikveh Israel, the company has continued to provide support for the on-site teams in the areas of renewal of the physical plant, programs, and short-term focus-oriented projects.
