The company focused on historical geographical research, with an emphasis on the field of baths around the world as the basis for a program that included the restoration of the archaeological garden, which includes Roman baths, a theater, and an ancient synagogue.
The Hamat Gader tourist site contains the remains of the world’s largest and best-preserved Roman baths. The remains were excavated in the 1980s and have remained closed ever since due to safety issues and a lack of proper preservation.
The company prepared a strategic plan for the restoration, development, and management of the Hamat Gader Archaeological Park as a leading tourist site that is an experience in itself, as well as a complementary venue to the current popular site.
The plan defines the cooperation between the various partners and creates a content connection between the existing tourism activity at the site, the statutory plan, and the development of the archaeological park.
