The goal of the project was to transform the Kfar Saba market located in the old city center into an attractive hub that would appeal to local residents and residents from surrounding areas. The design of the complex preserves its historic character while offering diverse activities and entertainment throughout most of the day. The work included drafting a detailed program and oversight of the market’s renovation and community relations, as well as consulting on preparing the entrepreneurial tender for advertising the vacant stores in the market in accordance with the program. Throughout the process, the company led the communication and coordination with business and property owners in the complex.
