The small courtyard known as HaPitria, located at the southern end of the Ramla Market, forms the market's “backyard.” The company developed a plan for the revitalization and repurposing of the space. The initial phase includes a fundamental change in the design of the complex, and the second phase aims to generate positive activity in the space through development of an incubator for culinary ventures. The project is in collaboration with the municipal departments and in dialogue with the businesses in the surrounding buildings.
