The company led a process on behalf of the Haifa Municipality and the Government Tourism Company that included transforming the complex into a pedestrian mall with renovated historical buildings and commercial, community, and tourist activities.
The Turkish Market established in the 1920s and located in Haifa’s lower city, is a preservation site currently undergoing renovation. The company led the process on behalf of the Haifa Municipality and the Israel Government Tourism Corporation, which included transforming the complex into a pedestrian mall with renovated historical buildings and commercial, community, and tourist activities.
The work included drafting a strategic program, setting guidelines for the development and mix of uses, overseeing the preparation of the documentation and preservation, and serving as the liaison with property owners and the Department of Building Inspection.
The company also led the branding process and prepared a marketing plan, as well as a plan and partnerships with academic institutions and cultural organizations. The work included overseeing the site development and engineering team, alongside community relations with businesses and residents in the complex in collaboration with municipal departments.
