The process included sorting, scoring, and evaluating approximately 730 projects that submitted an application for investment, and preparing a multi-year strategic plan for all projects in accordance with the criteria published in the call for proposals and as required by government decisions made in preparation for the process.
In December 2020, the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage published calls for proposals for concrete and conceptual national heritage projects, to local authorities, statutory bodies, government companies, and bodies managing national projects. The call for proposals was for projects involving rescue, preservation, documentation, accessibility, upgrading, development, and empowerment within the framework of the department's activities for the years 2021–2026. The company was selected by the ministry to lead the professional team to examine the projects. The process included sorting, scoring, and evaluating approximately 730 applications, and preparing a multi-year strategic plan for all projects in accordance with the criteria published in the call for proposals and as required by government decisions made in preparation for the process.
