The Paley Center in Jerusalem is the only municipal cultural center operating in the eastern part of the city. As part of the project, the company developed a strategic program for renewal of the building and its activities. The plan addressed the specifics of the center’s physical renovation alongside a strategy for renewal of the content as well as of the building’s management and operations, activities, and displays. The work also addressed the creation of collaborations with various cultural bodies. The company continues to oversee the renovation and implementation of all aspects of the renewal plan.
