The company is accompanying the Herzliya Tourism Development Company in writing the strategic plan and focusing the company's activities.

As part of the activity, a detailed strategic plan was formulated presenting strategic focuses for the company, alongside a detailed work plan for advancing each of the focuses.

The plan is currently under approval and entering implementation through the various channels that were formulated
