The project slated two historic buildings at Jaffa Gate for preservation and renovation to serve as the city's main tourism and information center and gateway to tourism in the Old City and all of Jerusalem. The center was designed as an iconic urban landmark within a complex that operates around the clock. At the same time, a content system is being developed that will provide a personalized experience at the highest professional level, as well as an advanced and personalized content interface accessible through modern technology.
