In its early days, the 6,000 dunam park led the textile industry in Israel and soon developed into high-tech fields as well. Today, it houses leading Israeli and international companies at the tech forefront, such as Intel, Micron, and HP. The company worked in a variety of areas to promote the positioning of the industrial park, including collaboration with researchers from Tel Aviv University and MIT, as well as a planning process to connect the industrial park to the city with a future-oriented mindset geared toward community integration. The company also worked to develop industrial tourism in the park's areas and to promote the well-being of residents and employees as a means of making the park a national leader in the field of innovation and development.
