The company led the construction of the master plan and program for the complex from a contemporary perspective, including managing the team of consultants and approving a new urban plan for the renewed campus by the District Committee.
The Oranim Campus was established in the 1950s as the northern branch of the Kibbutzim Seminary for Teacher Training, and over the years became the College of Education. The company led the construction of the comprehensive strategy and program for the complex with a contemporary focus, including managing the team of consultants and approving a new urban plan for the renewed campus by the district committee.
The goal of the plan (approved in 2018) is to provide a response to the significant changes that teaching and research have undergone in recent decades and to adapt the infrastructure and physical appearance of the Oranim Campus to future needs in the fields of research and higher education.
Alongside the controlled allocation of areas for public buildings (classrooms and administrative) and student housing, the planning emphasizes preserving the unique character of the campus, which is marked by wooded areas, open spaces, and kibbutz-style construction, as well as the values of green construction and the encouragement of sustainable transportation solutions.
