The company worked with the municipal company Ezra veBitzron in the plan to renovate the complex and buildings, in preparing the entrepreneurial tender, and accompanied the renewal process of the entire complex.
The historic train station and Wieland family compound operated until the establishment of the state, when the IDF took charge of the area and it closed to the public. In 2000, the Israel Land Authority transferred the complex to the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality for development as an entertainment and commercial complex through a private developer. The company worked with the municipal engineering company Ezra veBitzron on the plans to renovate the complex and buildings, preparing the entrepreneurial tender, and accompanying the renewal process. The work also included leading the branding for the complex. The station compound, which opened to the public in 2010, is to return to the public and the Tel Aviv Municipality, in accordance with plans formulated by the company in 2021.
