The first move led by the company was the opening of "The Terminal" in June 2024— the largest performance space in the north of the country. For the benefit of the move, an area of approximately 3,000 square meters was renovated and equipped within the historic Warehouse 15 on the waterfront. The spacious and impressive hangar was built in the 1950s and was used over the years for the various needs of the port.
At the beginning of 2023, the Haifa Port was privatized and transferred to Indian-Israeli ownership of the Adani and Gadot companies. The company, which has been advising on various processes at the Haifa Port for years, is accompanying the Waterfront team throughout the process of the port's historic opening to the public. The first move led by the company was the opening of "The Terminal" in June 2024—the largest performance space in the north of the country. For this, an area of approximately 3,000 square meters was renovated and equipped within the historic Warehouse 15 on the waterfront. The spacious and impressive hangar was built in the 1950s and was used over the years to meet the various needs of the port. The intriguing cultural collaboration connected Asaf Ben David, one of Israel's leading music producers (InDnegev Festival), and Broken Fingaz, the successful art collective that began its journey in Haifa in the early 2000s, whose work wraps around the huge warehouse and were entrusted with the overall branding of the performance space. The selection of the group to carry out the first city-port connection was a significant urban decision as a first step towards uniting the port and city. The streets of Haifa’s lower city were Broken Fingaz first playground, where for years they created street art and virtuoso graffiti that is identified with the city's urban landscape to this day. They returned here for one of their most significant works in recent times and the largest mural they every painted, covering an area of approximately 3,000 square meters.
